Our Billing Process

  • PHH gets referral from doctor.

  • An Estimate is prepared for patient.

  • If the patient has insurance

    a. A pre-authorization request is sent to insurance company.
    b. Patient pays copayment as stipulated by insurance company.

  • If the patient does not have insurance

    a. Patient can make their payments at PHH using credit or debit, cash, managers cheque or online via bank transfer.
